Our newly built house is situated at a very sunny, quiet but central location in the south part of Zell am See with a wonderful view of the “Kitzsteinhorn” glacier.

For residents who have driven to us, we have off-street parking next to the house.

Our ideal location is close to restaurants, cafés and shops.

For all you winter sport lovers, easy access to the glacier lift on the Kitzsteinhorn provides you with the opportunity for all-year-round ski fun.

Our 7 apartments for 2 to 6 people are fully furnished and equipped as follows:

• 1 or 2 bedrooms, lounge with kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC, balcony, TV, fridge
• Double room or room with multiple occupancy, shower and WC, balcony, TV, fridge, breakfast.
